The breakdown is as follows:

Full Labor and Birth Support

2 in person Postpartum support visits

The first visit is 3 days post-birth to start your Traditional Postpartum sealing and check-in
5-7 days after the first to support your sealing wraps and process your birth.

If breastfeeding:

1 in-person Breastfeeding Support within the first 4 weeks post birth at your discretion

Virtual Breastfeeding support for the first 8wks ( during business hours 9am-6pm unless its an emergency)
